We read your description and identify whether the request concerns configuration, testing, a supported connection or monitoring. If further detail is needed, we ask a focused follow-up question before discussing scope or a plan. We do not need trading account credentials to have an initial conversation. After the form is submitted, you will see a confirmation page; keep a copy of your message for your own records.
